The usefulness of quantum-geometry dynamics as a physics theory depends entirely on whether its predictions can be tested, hence measured. This means that the quantities used in its equations must be expressible in measurable units.

In this is a chapter of the upcoming new edition of *Quantu*m-Geometry Dynamics*; An Axiomatic Approach to Physics*, we show how to bridge the fundamental discrete units predicted by QGD to conventional measurable units. This relies on measuring the one-way velocity of light we propose. Note that the hyperlinks it contains do not work as they refer to sections that have not been included here.
